Where’s My Market? (WMM) is an online directory designed to provide an external presence for market traders based across the West Midlands region.
It is also a one-stop shop for consumers eager to find out information about their local markets and the whereabouts of their local traders on any given day.
Is there a cost for Where’s My Market?
Yes. WMM comes with three differing membership packages, and traders listed on our platform can choose the package that most suits their needs.
For new traders we have a FREE 28 day package to test out our services.

Why should I choose Where’s My Market?
We’re proud to say that we are the only website providing this service for market traders specifically within the West Midlands region.
Created by a young entrepreneur and university graduate from Wolverhampton, WMM isn’t just a platform for market traders within the region. It is also a site driven by the creator’s commitment to the economic regeneration of the area and his passion for markets in his home patch!
I’m a customer, not a market trader. How do I find a specific market stall?
You can use the search box above to search for a market stall of your choosing. Input a keyword and click “search” for a list of results. The search box also allows users to search by market type or by location – remember to click on the clog to adjust the location radius!
Is a yearly subscription more cost effective than a monthly one?
Yes, it is! If you pay up front for the year on the top listed membership, for example, you would save £30 on the monthly membership - which equates to two months free!
Is Where’s My Market a monthly fee?
Not quite! The charge for WMM is on a rolling 28 days/4-week “month”, rather than a “calendar month”.
Every example of “month” on the site refers to the former 28 days/4-week schedule rather than the calendar month.
Can I sign up for a month only?
Yes, you can – but remember to monitor your membership account as payment is automatically renewed every 28 days until cancellation.
Can I cancel my yearly membership?
Unfortunately not. Once the yearly membership has been paid for in advance it cannot be refunded.
I have a business but it is not on a market can I still sign up?
Sorry, but unfortunately not. WMM is solely for market traders at this moment in time.

Can I have more than one market stall on my account?
If you have a regular or professional account with us you can list up to 3 or 5 stalls in one primary location. You cannot list a single stall in multiple areas.
If you have a store that is replicated in more than one area, you would need to duplicate a listing with different address details and open hours to work around this problem.
I believe I’ve signed up with you but I haven’t received a confirmation e-mail?
Sometimes e-mails have a nasty habit of finding their way into junk/spam folders. Simply check in these folders for our confirmation e-mail. Still no luck? Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll have a look for you.
Is Where’s My Market safe?
Is Where’s My Market a part of Virgin?
No. WMM is a Virgin StartUp backed business and had the honour of being decorated Virgin Start-Up of the week in February 2016.
Do I have to have PayPal to sign up?
What is PayPal Recurring?
PayPal Recurring sets up a reoccurring payment for you after your initial payment. This reoccurring payment will be taken every 28 days.
How do I get my market stall featured?
My market stall doesn’t seem to be showing in the search box. Why is this happening when I have a membership with you?
